What we collect

• Account data: your email and basic profile from your sign-in provider.
• Content you submit: the videos/audio you upload or link, and the clips and transcripts generated from them.
• Usage data: jobs created, minutes processed, and basic logs needed to run and secure the Service.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we store only a customer/subscription reference, never card numbers.

How we use it

To provide the Service (transcribe, clip, caption), enforce plan limits, process payments, prevent abuse, and communicate about your account.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service (e.g. hosting, the payment processor, and the sign-in provider you choose). We do not sell your personal data.

Retention & deletion

Source media and clips are stored to provide the Service; you can delete a project at any time, which removes its files. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
