These Terms govern your use of SpikeReel (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SpikeReel lets you upload or link video/audio and generates shorter, captioned, reframed clips from it. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during beta and may change or be interrupted.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you submit and for complying with applicable law and the rights of others. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

3. Plans, billing & quotas

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Usage is metered against your plan’s monthly allowance; we may decline to process jobs that exceed it. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or use it to violate any law or third-party right. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
